Rescheduling, additional and cancellation of lesson(s).
1. Missed lessons are to be rescheduled for by attending a Make up lesson at my place. Fees are charged as per the normal arrangement.
2. Additional lessons OVER the normal lession per week to prepare for tests and exams will be free of charge. Make up sessions ARE not Additional sessions. Lessons missed have to be MADE UP FOR ( Make up lesson) first. Eg. You missed your normal lesson on week 1. You attend your usual lesson and come for an extra lesson week 2 the day before you have a test. This is considered a make up lesson. Not an additional lesson.Â
3. It is in the best interest of everyone concerned that the tuition arrangement be terminated in the event that student is unable to attend at least one lesson a week (making up for missed lesson). I have never given up on weaker students. But I have cancelled tuition arrangements for students who are unable to commit to attending 1 lesson per week.
